Understanding

Life is a series of choices, consequences, lessons learned and lessons destined to be repeated when not learned. I struggle with letting go of my children, dealing with stepchildren, a new family structure, a house that sometimes doesn't feel like mine, the loss of my mom and finding out my family may not have been what I thought it was when I was growing up. I know everyone has things in their life that really suck but each of us looks at our own demons and forgets that there are others who have been down this road also. Talking to myself is usually the best way to figure things out. I go over and over ideas and thoughts and eventually something makes sense.
