Well. do you ever do something knowing you probably shouldn't but think "if I am careful it'll be ok!" yeah me too and tonight at work I did it......tried to do more than I should have and even though I was careful, it was not good......as soon as I did it I felt my back tighten up and spasm and within an hour you guessed it.......pain.........stupid me...........never learn sometimes!!! I knew I shouldn't do it but oh well, I don't listen to myself any better than I do anyone else......(wink, wink) so.........I guess tomorrow I will rest up before I go to work and be more careful!!! No wonder God has to hit me over the head........I don't listen like I should and I think "if I am careful, it'll be ok"..........One measure of comfort.........
